The Quality Control role is vital to ensure the products manufactured to achieve the purpose and standards to meet individual customer specifications.
The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet our high quality and safety standards.
The Quality Control role is considered a potential career path toward becoming an assistant or department supervisor for Independent Stave Company.
Compensation:
$18.
50 - $19.
50 per hour (based on experience) Plus, incentives are available (current average $1.

Responsibilities:
of the Quality Control Position Conduct quality control checks on all products during the night shift.
Identify and report any defects or issues with products.
Promote performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the organization.
Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
Collaborate with the production team to resolve any quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of quality control checks.
Communicate any quality issues to management.
Determining relevant quality-associated training requirements and delivering training.
Collate and analyze performance charts and data against defined parameters.
Requirements:
of the Quality Control Position Previous experience in quality control Strong attention to detail Good statistical and numerical ability Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work the night shift.
